3. Appointments & Cancellations

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide excellent service. If you are unsatisfied with any part of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Liability

While we take great care, C&S Fresh Neat Cleaning is not liable for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or items not secured prior to cleaning.
We carry liability coverage for accidental damages directly caused by our staff during service.

7. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
We accept payment methods, cash, check, or card.
